Maggio to chair 43North; Reich joins board of directors as vice chair

43North has announced several updates to its board of directors.

William ("Bill") J. Maggio Jr. has been named chairman of the 43North board. Additionally, Eric Reich has been named to the board and will assume the role of vice chairman. Jordan Levy, former chairman, will remain a board member.

A health care, medical diagnostics and business investment executive, Maggio is president and CEO of Immco Diagnostics. Reich is one of Western New York's most notable entrepreneurs, as well as co-founder and president of Campus Labs.
