Buffalo Broadcasters Hall of Fame Class of 2015 presentation on WBBZ

Special will air at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 1, on local MeTV station.

Chris Musial, vice president and general manager of WBBZ-TV, announced the 2015 Buffalo Broadcasting Hall of Fame presentation will air at 8:30 p.m. Friday on WBBZ. The inductees include:

  • Former CNN national correspondent Susan Candiotti
  • WKBW-TV anchor Keith Radford
  • Former WJYE-FM morning host/operations manager Joe Chille
  • WBBZ-TV owner Phil Arno
  • WIVB-TV photojournalist Mike Mombrea Jr.
  • Jerry Fedell, former television news director at both WKBW-TV and WGRZ-TV. Fedell passed away in 2007

"Each member of the Class of 2015 has made such a significant impact in broadcasting in their own, unique way," said Heidi Raphael, president of the Buffalo Broadcasters Association. "We are proud to induct them into the Hall of Fame."

The Buffalo Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame dinner, presented by Pegula Sports & Entertainment, was held Thursday, Sept. 24, at the WNED-TV studios. WBBZ-TV Promotion/Production Director John Di Sciullo co-hosted with music jingle legend Ken Kaufman.
