A dedicated alternative health care practitioner, Downey has helped thousands of people over the past 20 years after healing herself of Lyme disease and cancer. Her prescription for health started with detoxing both body and mind. Eating right and engaging in deep healing with self-empowerment through meditation is where Downey began to turn around illnesses that had her bedridden.
She started her journey with cooking when she was 8 years old for her family of nine in Niagara Falls. She knows her way around a kitchen, and creating great-tasting, inflammation-free foods is her forte.
