Volunteers from the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce, Lewiston Council on the Arts and Lewiston GardenFest helped decorate the Lewiston Bicentennial Peace Garden last week in preparation for the holiday season.

Caretaker Claudia Marasco has spent weeks cleaning out the leaf debris and
welcomed the assistance from volunteers to light the garden up with the
beautiful decorations that have been purchased by the village, Lewiston Garden Club and Chamber of Commerce over the past few years.

Pictured, back row from left, are Chamber of Commerce President Jennifer Pauly, LCA member Patricia MacDonald, GardenFest Chairwoman Doreen Albee and chamber volunteer Cindy Rhoney; first row, from left: Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman Kris Trunzo, LCA members Marasco and Kat Segovia.

Other volunteers not pictured include the LCA's Tim Henderson, Jamie Symmonds of Angel to Apple Clothing Boutique, Michael Broderick of the Orange Cat Coffee
Co., Samantha from Dash of Divinity and Sandra Larache of It Happened to Alexa
Foundation.
