NTCC names sales manager

Niagara Tourism and Convention Corp. has appointed Jennifer Gregory to the sales manager position. In her new role with NTCC, Gregory will seek convention visits to Niagara USA, among her many duties.

With seven years of tourism experience, Gregory joins NTCC from Empire State Development, where she served as an associate - supporting the Western New York Regional Office in every facet of economic development. She also has frontline hospitality experience with Disney, Six Flags, Delaware North and the Mansion on Delaware.

"Jennifer's background in the hospitality and entertainment industry, and her passion for the region, made her an ideal candidate to fill the role of sales manager," said Elizabeth Davis, NTCC director of sales. "NTCC is pleased to bring her on board and foresees her strengthen existing relationships with our partners, as well as build new ones."

Gregory said it has been her goal to help the Niagara USA area thrive again economically, and sees tourism as one of the key industries to help do so. She said her strong sense of community involvement combined with her position at NTCC will aid her in that milestone.

Gregory earned a MBA in strategic management focus from Niagara University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in tourism recreation management, also from Niagara University. She achieved a certificate in urban studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
