As of earlier this month, the rescue has adopted out 300 animals. It operates solely on donations and the generosity and support of the public.

Donations of Purina One and Science Diet dog food will be gratefully accepted at all events and meetings. Volunteer meetings take place from 6:30-8 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month at First Presbyterian Church of Lewiston, 505 Cayuga St. Meetings are open to the public; new volunteers are always welcome.
