NFNY Hotel Management set to hire more than 350 new employees

Brand new Rainforest Cafe set to open May 28

In anticipation of the upcoming tourism season and a grand opening of Niagara Falls USA's newest attraction, The Rainforest Cafe, NFNY Hotel Management LLC will be hiring more than 350 new employees.

NFNY Hotel Management runs and operates the Sheraton At The Falls, Days Inn At The Falls, Rainforest Cafe, T.G.I. Friday's, Starbucks Café, Denny's Restaurant and Sweet Treats Ice Cream shop.

The brand-new, 14,000-square-foot Rainforest Cafe, located inside the Sheraton At The Falls, which is adjacent to the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, is set to open May 28. The Rainforest Cafe itself is planning to hire over 200 new employees, including restaurant managers, a restaurant and attraction sales manager, servers, bartenders, host/hostess and line cooks.

In addition to the Rainforest Cafe, NFNY Hotel Management is looking to add front desk associates, a purchasing manager, lobby attendants, housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, phone operators, dishwashers, house persons, line cooks and bellman to the Sheraton At The Falls team. The T.G.I. Friday's, located off the lobby of the Sheraton, is looking to hire a restaurant manager, assistant kitchen manager, servers, bartenders, host/hostess, line cooks and prep cooks.

NFNY Hotel Management's second hotel property, Days Inn At The Falls, is looking to hire the following positions: front desk associates, inspectors, house persons, maintenance supervisor, room attendants, laundry attendants and lobby attendants. The Denny's restaurant located in the lobby of the Days Inn is looking to hire line cooks, cashiers, servers and dishwashers.
