Heart and vascular disease is the No. 1 health risk women face. If you or a woman you love has heart disease, has suffered a cardiac event, or is at risk for one, join the medical experts from Catholic Health and Mount St. Mary's Hospital for a free dinner program titled, "Ask Up Anything About Women's Heart & Vascular Health." The event is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at the Four Points by Sheraton, 7001 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls.

During the program, cardiac, vascular and women's health specialists from Catholic Health and Mount St. Mary's will present an in-depth look at women's heart and vascular health, discussing ways to keep your heart healthy and offering the latest information on diagnosing and treating various cardiovascular conditions. Presenters include Dr. Aimee Swartz, a vascular surgeon; Dr. Rachel Weselak, OB/GYN and gynecologic surgeon; Dr. Zina Hajduczok, a cardiologist; and Pamela Barto, a cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation specialist.

Area women are invited to enjoy a complimentary heart-healthy dinner, while spending an informative evening learning how to prevent, treat or manage heart or vascular disease.

Seating is limited and reservations are required. For more information, or to register, call Catholic Health's HealthConnection at 716-447-6205 or log on to www.chsbuffalo.org/events.
