'International Bites and Delites' fundraiser set for April 9

The annual fundraiser for Niagara University's College of Hospitality and Tourism Management -"International Bites and Delites" - is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, April 9, at Salvatore's Italian Gardens, 6461 Transit Road, Depew.

The event helps fund experiential learning opportunities for NU students.

The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management will honor the late Burt Notarius at this year's fundraiser. Notarius was the owner and founder of Premier Wine, Liquor & Spirits stores and Premier Gourmet. He was a significant supporter of Western New York hospitality and a generous contributor to Niagara University.

Tickets for the event are $100 per person, or $75 for NU alums who graduated in 2005 or later.

Sponsorship opportunities also are available.
