Winter may still be looming in Western New York, but the party is warming up for the Aquarium of Niagara's annual "SEAsonings" event. From 6 until 9 p.m. Thursday, March 5, join staff, supporters and aquatic friends for Niagara's most unique food tasting, held at the aquarium, 701 Whirlpool St., Niagara Falls.
After many long months of snow, cold and being stuck at home, enjoy a night out with friends and family. Guests will enjoy food from area restaurants, fine wines from the region's vineyards plus other refreshments. Tickets are $55 per person or $100 per couple. This fundraiser will feature music from DJ Pat Proctor. It is hosted by emcee Brandy Scrufari.
Food samplings will be provided by The Conference & Event Center, Quality Hotel & Suites, Red Coach Inn, The Village Bake Shoppe, TGIF of Niagara Falls, Top of the Falls Restaurant, Dick and Jenny's Bake & Brew, Hard Rock Café Niagara Falls USA, Jacolatte, Providence Social, The Griffon Gastropub, Murphy's Café on 3rd, Everyday Gourmet Bakery Café, Four Points by Sheraton and Just Say Cheesecake.
Participating wineries include Heron Hill Winery, Long Cliff Vineyard and Winery, Flight of Five Winery and Victorianbourg Wine Estate. Additional beverages provided by Certo Brothers Distributing and Coca-Cola Bottling Co.
Niagara Frontier Publications and Niagara Gazette/Lockport Union-Sun & Journal sponsor "SEAsonings". Tickets, printed courtesy of Sharp Printing, are available at the aquarium, or by calling 716-285-3575, ext. 203. Tickets will be available at the door, but reservations are preferred by March 1.
