The Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America will present "Challenging the Status Quo: Why Sponsored Content Should be a Component of your Marketing Communications Program," presented by Dave Armon, president and CEO of Brand.com. A former journalist and PR professional, Armon spent 20 years in management at PR Newswire, where he was president and COO. He has served as a director and executive for three SaaS platforms in the PR, marketing and social media sectors. A native of Rochester, Armon earned his journalism degree from Utica College of Syracuse University.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and the program will conclude at 1 p.m. Registration fees are $40 for PRSA members, $50 for the general public and $25 for PRSSA student members. Lunch is included and free parking is available.
