The Grand Island Alumni Association and Aceti's Wine & Spirits present the eighth annual comedy night at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at Ellden's Grill & Banquet at River Oaks.
Over the past eight years, proceeds from the comedy night have helped provide more than $9,000 in scholarships to Grand Island High School seniors.
Comedian Dan Pordum is back as emcee and Tyrone Davis is coming in from Michigan as headliner. There are two local comedians scheduled to entertain, as well as a wine raffle and a big-screen TV raffle.
Tickets are available at Aceti's in the Top's Plaza and at DeSignet Jewelry, 1869 Whitehaven Road.
