Mario Batali hosts an Italian cooking class Thursday

On Thursday, Mario Batali hosts "Ciao Down," an Italian cooking class featuring tips and tricks for mastering the art of Italian cooking.

Monday, Jan. 19 - "Picks From The Pantry" - George Stephanopoulos ("Good Morning America"); Mrs. Wheelbarrow (author: "Mrs. Wheelbarrow's Practical Pantry"); Michael Symon creates a delicious dish using ingredients from the pantry.
Tuesday, Jan. 20 - "Souped Up Stews" - Recipes for turkey meatball wedding soup and soup garnishes, including pasta chips, bacon-spiced popcorn and pesto cheese crostini.
Wednesday, Jan. 21 - "Chick It Out" - Kid-friendly dishes, including chicken and cauliflower poppers; a visit to Naomi Pomeroy's Beast Restaurant in Portland; recipes for chicken scarpariello and ham- and Swiss-stuffed chicken thighs.
Thursday, Jan. 15 - "Ciao Down" - Mario hosts an Italian cooking class featuring recipes for ragu Bolognese, Italian hand pies and ricotta gnudi with yellow tomato sauce.
Friday, Jan. 23 - "Extra Value Friday: Family Fiesta" - Chef Pati Jinich shares her recipe for bricklayer tacos and rice; recipes for refried beans and chili relleno.
