Fatima Shrine prepares for Festival of Lights gala

Pictured are several members of the 2015 Festival of Lights benefit committee with some of the basket raffle prizes for the 10th annual gala event, scheduled for Jan. 10 at Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Swann Road in Lewiston.

Committee members represent all of Western New York and even Canada, as this event attracts attendees from as far away as Toronto.

Basket raffle previews and ticket sales are Friday, Jan. 9, from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Prizes this year include many designer purses; jewelry items; tools; gift cards; computers; household decor items; gift items and collectables. There is also a silent auction that includes hockey tickets, diamond earrings and collectables.
