Ralph G. Chambers, formerly of Grand Island, entered into rest Dec. 30, 2014.
He was the husband of Greta Anderson Chambers and the late Mary R. Chambers, and the father of Andy (Joan), Fran (Jack) Campbell, Randy (Linda), Jim (Rachel), Kathy (Alan) Edlund, Glenda (the late Mike) Lawton, Sara (the late Dan) Krzemien, Ruth Krantz, Tim (Luann), Liz (Jeff) Krupp and the late Ann and Les (survived by wife Rosie) Chambers. He is also survived by 34 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Glen (the late Blanche) and the late Lee and Keith Chambers.
Funeral services were held Jan. 5 at Whitehaven Road Baptist Church, Rev. Calvin Vandermey officiating. Internment will be in Hinsdale Cemetery, Maplehurst, New York. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Global Ministries c/o Grace Baptist Church, PO Box 12, Cedarville, OH 45314.
