Buffalo Sabres: 'Tux and Pucks' returns Dec. 31

Ticket, tuxedo discounts offered to fans to celebrate New Year's Eve

The Buffalo Sabres have announced the return of 'Tux and Pucks' for the team's home game against the Tampa Bay Lightning Dec. 31. The night offers fans an opportunity to dress up in formalwear to celebrate New Year's Eve while attending the 6 p.m. game at First Niagara Center. The team is offering a special ticket package with discounted tickets for the divisional matchup.

Ticket packages are available for $149.95 and include two 300-level tickets and a tuxedo rental from Tuxedo Junction. Season-ticket holders and fans who have already purchased a ticket to the game can take advantage of a discounted tuxedo rental by bringing their game ticket to any Tuxedo Junction location to a receive a complete tuxedo rental for $20.15. The offer will run up until 6 p.m. the day of the game.

All fans will be encouraged to wear a tuxedo for the game, as the Sabres camera crew will be roaming the atrium and stands to find the "best dressed" and showcase them on the video board during the game.
