"Niagara is a great institution, and it plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Western New York region. I look forward to working with people across campus to continue this work, and its positive impact on our community."
In her role at the Girl Scouts, Mostiller was a collaborative leader, implementing a number of initiatives to improve efficiencies and employee relations, including the launch of an online benefits enrollment tool, alignment of health care plans, promotion of wellness initiatives, and spearheading of employee relations programs, leading to enhanced organizational communication.
