Monday, June 23

•900 block of Mohawk Street criminal mischief complaint. Patrol spoke with a male, 61, who reported his motorcycle was keyed. Report filed.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, recovered property. Patrol reported a girl's bike was found along the Lewiston bike path.

•1600 block of Ridge Road, check situation. Patrol spoke with a male, 33, concerning an eviction.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, fraud complaint at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a male, no age listed. Male, 20, listed as a suspect. Investigation to continue.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, counterfeit currency. Patrol spoke with a male, 21. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•Addresses on the 600 block of Mountain View Drive on the 800 block of Center Street, separate alarm response. Both locations secure; reports filed.

Tuesday, June 24

•400 block of South Fourth Street, area check. Patrol advised State Parks Police of concertgoers camping overnight at Artpark.

•2200 block of Mount Hope Road, burglary. Statement taken from a male, elderly. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a male, 31. All OK.

•880 block of Foxwood Drive, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a male, 73, regarding periodic checks of the area.

•Location not specified, follow-up arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 20, stemming from a fraud complaint June 23 at a gas/convenience business on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on Center Street and on the 700 block of Upper Mountain Road, separate reports of two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from drivers; reports filed.

•Lewiston Road, reckless driver. Female, 19, listed as complainant/victim. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•Military and Upper Mountain roads, reckless driver. Male, 71, listed as complainant/victim. Vehicle listed as red pickup truck; suspect unknown.

•Lower river area, check welfare. Male reported swimming in river; no further details.

•Locations on Fourth Street, the 300 block of South Seventh Street, and on Seneca Street, open container violations. •2200 block of Mount Hope Road, follow-up, recovered stolen property. Patrol spoke with a female, elderly. Property in question returned to residence by a female, 47. Report filed.

•400 block of Chicora Road, hit-run accident. Statement taken from on driver; minor damage to a pick-up truck. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, shoplifter complaint. Statement taken from a female, 57; juvenile suspect listed. Patrol issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court to suspect's parent.

•4300 block of Autumn Lane, animal problem. Statement taken from female complainant, 40; regarding a male suspect, 29. Complaint to town dog control officer; report filed.

Sunday, June 29

•100 block of Smith Street, larceny. Patrol spoke a male, 20, regarding a male suspect, 34. Complainant did wish to file charges; all property returned.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, ATV problem. Male, 25, listed as a suspect. Patrol reported an ATV, color green, fled the scene. Uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court issued following an investigation. Report filed.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a custody problem. All OK.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a female, 51, regarding a male suspect, 23, listed as the complainant's nephew. Male left prior to patrol's arrival.
