The following activity occurred from Monday, June 16, to Sunday, June 22, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 133 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 16

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency complaint at a gas/convenience business. Male listed as complainant and male, 59, as a person involved. Report filed.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, check 911. Residence secure; no one on location.

•700 block of Pletcher Road, unruly parent. Patrol advised the unidentified parent to calm down and stay in vehicle for the remainder of the youth baseball game.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, juvenile problem. Patrol reported juveniles linked to an earlier criminal mischief complaint admitted to spreading excrement on playground equipment in a park. Subjects turned over to their parents.

•5800 block of North Kline Road, juvenile problem. Patrol reported two juveniles listed as persons involved were sprayed with pepper spray on a pathway behind residences.

•700 block of Mohawk Street, property dispute. Patrol advised a male, 45, and a female 50, to speak to their attorneys.

Tuesday, June 17

•4600 block of Creek Road, neighbor problem. Statement taken from a male, 31, who reports finding a metal bar in his lawn. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 63, on charges of grand larceny, fourth-degree; and criminal trespass, second-degree, stemming from a property dispute on the 700 block of Mohawk Street. Report filed.

•Locations on the 4000 block of Creek Road, on Porter-Center Road, and on the 1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, separate reports of one- and two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

•4300 block of River Walk Drive, check for Gowanda Police Department. Negative results reported.

•4600 block of Model City Road, neighbor problem. Call handled.

•Garlow Road, shooter complaint. State Police handled.

•4500 block of Creek Road, four separate alarm responses at the same address. Location secure. Patrol reported a problem with a garage door. No key holder; location secure. Report filed.

•5400 block of Walmore Road, domestic. Female, 34, listed as complainant; and male, no age, as a suspect. Patrol reported domestic was verbal and physical. Suspect ordered not to return. Harassment charges and restraining order to be filed by complainant.

Wednesday, June 18

•Locations on South Fifth Street, at South Fourth and Tuscarora streets, at North Fifth and Onondaga streets, in a parking lot on the 700 block of Center Street, on Portage Road, on Cayuga Street and on Tuscarora Street, multiple reports of open container violations/arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of the following: a female, 33; a female (no age listed); a male, 20; a male, 24; a female, 24; a male, 25; a female, 24; a male, 30; a female, 24; a female, 19; a male, 21; a male, 30; a male, 29; a male, 22; a male 22; a female, 35; a female, 37; a male, 35; and a female (no age listed). Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•LPD office, walk-in complaint, lost property. Patrol spoke with a male, 41. Report filed.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, assist. LPD on site with State Police for a traffic inspection.

•1000 block of Pletcher Road, criminal trespassing complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 54, who reported a male, black, had walked into her residence. Report filed.

•200 block of Portage Road, unwanted party complaints at a motel business. Patrol spoke with the owner regarding disorderly, intoxicated persons from the Artpark concert the night before.

• West and Niagara streets, Sanborn, area check. Caller reported a suspicious ATV, green, that fled into woods prior to patrol's arrival.

•Lewiston Hill Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; no injury or tows. Report filed.

•Center and Portage roads, intoxicated male. Patrol advised subject to get on his way.

•Ridge Road, DWI arrest. Male, 32, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result: .20 of 1 percent. Suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Wheatfield High School, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 57. Report to follow.

•Saunders Settlement Road, reckless driver, westbound. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Center-Street-Lewiston Road, two-vehicle property-damage accident. Statements taken from drivers. Vehicles towed; no injuries. Report filed.

Thursday, June 19

•500 block of Center Street, intoxicated persons. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location. Call handled.

•5200 block of Townline Road, suspicious persons. Patrol advised two male juveniles of curfew. All OK.

•Locations on the 700 block of Cayuga Street, the 400 block of Center Street, and the 400 block of Cayuga Street, reports of open container violations/arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of the following: a male, 22; a male, 21; a female, 22, a female, 22, a male, 21; a male, 34; a male, 30; a male, 35; a male, 29; and a male, 27. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•700 block of Center Street, arrest. Male, 18, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, criminal mischief complaint. Female reported damage to bushes. Report filed.

•5900 block of Tuscarora Road, unwanted person. Male, 46, listed as person involved. Party dropped off in City of Niagara Falls.

•West Street, ATV problem. Patrol reported an ATV found on railroad tracks. NCSO to handle the issuing of uniform traffic tickets.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, check situation. Patrol spoke with homeowner concerning phone calls.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, possible harassment. Female, 69, and male, 44, listed on report. Patrol reported a civil issue. No report taken.

•Hyde Park Boulevard at Niagara Falls city line, vehicle/traffic stop-arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 22, and a female, 20, on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh; and unlawful possession of marijuana. Patrol reported field tests were positive for crack cocaine and marijuana. Narcotics seized for further analysis. Male also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree. Bail/jail of $250 assigned and vehicle towed. Report filed.

Friday, June 20

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 55, arrested for operating while registration is suspended/revoked; aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree; operation/permitting operation without insurance; and having an unregistered vehicle. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•200 block of South Third Street, neighbor problem. No further details.

•400 block of Center Street, intoxicated male. Male, 51, and female, 21, listed as persons involved.

•Military Road, reckless driver. Caller reported a black SUV. Vehicle gone on arrival.

•1500 block of Swann Road, attempted burglary. Statement taken from a female, 58. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency at a gas /convenience business. Patrol reported a $20 bill tagged as evidence.

•Saunders Settlement and Kline roads, reckless driver. Caller reported a tractor-trailer with Ontario registration flashing its lights and driving too close. Vehicle GOA.

Saturday, June 21

•400 block of Plain Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male, 72. Report filed.

•Portage Road and Cayuga Street, open container violation/arrest. Male (no age) issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. Statement taken from a male, 35, listed as complainant. Male, 32, also listed on call.

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, fraud complaint. Call handled by patrol.

•2500 block of Military Road, larceny. Patrol reported arrests of two females stemming from the complaint. Charges listed include: criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Vehicle/traffic charges include operating while the registration is suspended/revoked; and operating/permitting operation without insurance. Appearance tickets and uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, open burn complaint. Patrol reported said burn was controlled and in regulation.

•400 block of S. Fourth Street, juvenile problem. LPD assisted State Parks Police with a group a juveniles lighting fires at Artpark.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, domestic. Female, 24, listed as complainant and male, 42, as a suspect. Patrol reported a physical altercation; charge of harassment, second-degree, pending further investigation. Domestic incident report filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, neighbor problem. Female, elderly listed as complaint and male, 46, as person involved. Patrol to further investigate a certain phone number continuously calling the complainant.

Sunday, June 22

•Center and North Fourth streets, area check. Patrol reported several potted plants listed as village property were tipped over. Nobody reported in area. No complaints reported from Garden Festival vendors.

•4200 block of River Walk Drive, house fire. Female listed on call. Lewiston No. 1 on location. Report filed.

•Garlow Road, suspicious person. Caller reported individuals swimming in New York Power Authority reservoir. State Police handled call.

•2400 block of Ridge Road, domestic. Female, 54, listed as complainant and male, 24, as a suspect. Domestic incident report filed.
