The following activity occurred Monday, June 9, to Sunday, June 15, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 127 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 9

•Saunders Settlement Road and West Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 21, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree, and passing a vehicle on the right on a motorcycle. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, suspicious person at a supermarket. Patrol located a female, 26. Call handled.

•Pletcher Road, aggravated harassment complaint follow-up. Investigation to continue.

•1500 block of Swann Road, burglary. Male, 58, listed as complainant reportedly came home to an alarm going off. Report only.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Female, 33, listed as complainant. Report filed.

•Creek Road and Madison Avenue, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 18, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, agency assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a suspicious vehicle/person. All OK.

•200 block of North Ninth Street, unwanted party. Gone on arrival.

Tuesday, June 10

•800 block of Orchard Drive, harassment/unwanted party. Complainant did not wish to pursue charges. Suspect GOA.

•Irving Drive and Williams Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Patrol reported a verbal argument; all OK.

•Artpark, agency assist. Patrol reported State Parks Police on location taking a report of suspicious person on the stage overnight.

•Locations on the 200 block of South Fourth Street, on Cayuga Street and on South Seventh Street, open container violations/arrests. Arrested were: a male, 41; a male, 47; a female, 24; suspect unidentified; a female, 29; and a male, 39. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•5400 block of Tuscarora Road, possible fraud. All OK.

•800 block of Orchard Drive, peddling complaint. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 21, and a male, 63, for peddling without a permit. Suspects released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Patrol to follow up.

•Portage and Seneca streets, intoxicated person. Handled by patrol.

•4600 block of Vrooman Drive, suspicious person. Caller reported a female selling books. Patrol reported the individual had a valid town permit. All OK.

Wednesday, June 11

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, attempt to locate-vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of female, 33, on the following: Leandra's Law felony driving while intoxicated with child in vehicle, aggravated driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful possession of marijuana and multiple vehicle/traffic violations. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .21 of 1 percent. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Child in vehicle placed in custody of grandmother. Report filed.

•Onondaga Street, lost property. Female, 54, reports losing a passport in Lewiston. Report filed.

•5300 block of Elm Drive, arrest. Male, 30, reportedly kept work truck and proceeded to sell work materials from the vehicle without the permission of his employer. Suspect charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and petit larceny. Bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 71; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male, 47, listed as the complainant, regarding a male suspect (no age). Report filed.

•4900 block of Townline Road, burglary/grand larceny. Statement taken from a male, 38, regarding two male suspects, ages 17 and 16. Report filed.

•200 block of Oneida Street, arson complaint. Statement taken from a male, 62, who reported burn marks on the siding of a residence and a wooden fence. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, follow-up arrest. Male, 66, arrested for criminal mischief, fourth-degree, stemming from an earlier complaint. No further details.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, open container violation. Two females, ages 46 and 44, arrested and issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Thursday, June 12

•2100 block of Ridge Road, car fire-arrest. Male, 65, arrested for driving while intoxicated and breath test refusal. No further information.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, mental health response. Female, 62, taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. for treatment.

•Center and Ninth streets, one-vehicle accident/arrests. Patrol reported the arrest of a female passenger, 19, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Patrol also reported issuing a uniform traffic ticket to a female, 17, listed as the driver; violation not specified. And patrol issued a uniform traffic ticket to a female passenger for no seatbelt. Both for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Jefferson's Way, criminal mischief. Female, 53, reported a swastika painted on a fence; female (no age listed) yet to be interviewed.

•3200 block of Porter Center Road, domestic. Patrol assisted NCSO with a domestic in a vehicle.

•Upper Mountain and Green roads, vehicle check. Female driver (no age listed) charged with operating while registration is suspended/revoked and operating/permitting operation while the license/registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Patrol removed plates from vehicle. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny at a supermarket. Female complainant reported a male suspect took approximately $400 worth of meat and left store without paying. Patrol to obtain video and depositions.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, neighbor problem. Two males (no ages) listed as persons involved.

•4900 block of Indian Hill Road, larceny. Male, 51, listed as complainant, reported the theft of extension ladders and tools. Incident occurred over the winter. Male (no age) listed as a suspect. Report filed.

•700 block of Mohawk Street, custody dispute. Female, 23, listed as complainant and male as person involved. Patrol advised both parties to contact family court.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious vehicle. Female driver advised not to return until she speaks with management at the business.

Friday, June 13

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Patrol spoke with a female; no further details, report filed.

•Porter Center Road, suspicious persons. Caller reported a male and female walking southbound near Langdon Road. Area checked with negative results.

•Addresses on the 600 block of Cayuga Street, the 100 block of S. Water Street and the 400 block of N. Second Street, separate alarm responses. Locations secure, reports filed.

•Robert Moses Parkway, reckless driver. Area checked; vehicle GOA.

Saturday, June 14

•800 block of Oneida Street, criminal mischief. Patrol spoke with a female; juvenile listed as a suspect. Parents to handle restitution. Report filed.

•800 block of Oneida Street, criminal mischief. Patrol spoke with a female; juvenile listed as a suspect.

•200 block of N. Ninth Street, criminal mischief. Patrol spoke with a male, 49, regarding damage to six lawn lights. Juvenile linked to above incidents listed as a suspect.

•Walmore Road, suspicious person. Caller reported two individuals possibly scrapping privately owned material. NCSO to do report.

•700 block of Ridge Road, larceny. Patrol spoke with a female, 63, regarding a female suspect (no age listed). Call involved pills and money missing from complainant's residence. No charges wished, only report to patrol.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, neighbor problem. Patrol advised both parties to contact the Town of Lewiston concerning property boundaries and refrain from cutting each other's lawn.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, arrest. Suspect, 41, charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth. Bail of $2,500/$5,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail.

Sunday, June 15

•3300 block of Creek Road, Youngstown, shooter complaint. LPD assisted NCSO on call. Negative results on search.

•5900 block of Miller Road, neighbor problem. Two females, ages 23 and 45, listed as persons involved. No further details; report filed.

•700 block of Legacy Drive, animal problem. Caller reported a snake in the residence. Removed by patrol.

•4600 block of Model City Road, domestic. Statement taken from a female complainant, 34, regarding a male suspect, 32. Suspect arrested on charge of criminal mischief, fourth. Bail of $500 and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•1600 block of Ridge Road, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a male regarding a female suspect. Female left without incident.

•Lewiston Road/Barton Drive, vehicle/traffic stop/arrest. Male, 39, arrested for driving while intoxicated and other vehicle/traffic violations. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .14 of 1 percent. Driver remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail.

•5800 block of Pearl Street, juvenile problem. Complaint involved an alarming Facebook post. LPD assisted by State Police.
