As part of an Earth Day celebration, Jessica Lemke's pre-K class at St. Peter R.C. School had to create something using recycled materials. Their creativity was notable, as seen in everything from guitars, castles and robots, to telescopes, pirate ships and more.
This project taught students how simple it is to recycle and reuse.
As a result of their Earth day lessons, students now know why it is important to take care of the Earth and how to do this each and every day. Lemke is pictured with the pre-K class.
