Mount St. Mary's Foundation to host 'Amazing Grace Scavenger Hunt'

The Mount St. Mary's Foundation will hold its first "Amazing Grace Scavenger Hunt" Saturday, May 10, in the Village of Lewiston. Allison Violante is the chairwoman of the event.

Registration is $25 per person and begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Hennepin Park Gazebo at Fourth and Center streets. The "hunt" will begin at 4 p.m. and will conclude at 6 p.m. with a reception and judging at Water Street Landing. Registration includes the chance to win a grand prize of $500 in cash, as well as entrance to the post-event party with food and drink tickets.

Post-party tickets are $20 for non-hunters.

Teams may consist of 6-10 individuals. Students under the age of 16 must have at least one adult on the team. Parental consent forms are required for all participants under the age of 18. Teams will be required to have a digital camera or cell phone camera to participate and document their efforts.
