Nathan Brundage, pictured, is a 17-year-old Niagara-Wheatfield High School student and firefighter with Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. He recently was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer.

His fire family at Lewiston No. 2, as well as his extended family and many friends, are holding a benefit to raise money to offset the expensive medical care he needs to fight this disease.

A basket raffle/dinner will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. April 5 at the Lewiston No. 2 firehall, 1705 Saunders Settlement Road.

Tickets are $20, which includes dinner, draught beer, wine, and soda as well as one sheet of basket tickets. Tickets will be available at the door. For ticket information or to make a donation, email [email protected].
