Harmonia hosts workshopby jmaloni
The Harmonia Chamber Singers, under the direction of Robert Pacillo, will lead an interactive workshop with Wilson High School singers (Claudia Andres, director) on Saturday, March 29, at Youngstown First Presbyterian Church. This will be an educational opportunity for the Wilson vocalists to work with, learn from, and hear in concert one of Western New York's finest vocal ensembles.
The day will culminate with a 7 p.m. concert at the church (100 Church St., Youngstown). Harmonia and Wilson High School will present various a-cappella selections, and then combine for the finale. They will perform Daniel Gawthrop's "Sing Me To Heaven."
Admission is free. The workshop and concert are made possible by support from ASIWNY. For more information, visit www.harmoniacs.org.
