Volunteers have adopted out about 150 animals to date, and operate solely on donations and the generosity and support of the public.
The group's next volunteer meeting is Wednesday, March 12, from 6-8 p.m., at The First Presbyterian Church of Lewiston (upstairs blue room), 505 Cayuga St. Topics will include the recent "Heart to Heart" fundraiser, "A Taste of The Niagara Region," as well as plans for upcoming events.
