Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center President and CEO Joseph A. Ruffolo lauded the health network's 1,100-member staff after learning Memorial was selected as a finalist for the 2014 Business First's "Best Places to Work."
Ruffolo said the selection is a credit to the skill and dedication of the Memorial team.
"Our single most valuable asset isn't one you'll find on our balance sheet," he said. "It's the 1,100-plus members of the Memorial team who work hard every day to ensure we deliver the highest quality care in the most compassionate manner with the utmost dignity and respect."
The medical center is one of six finalists in the category for businesses with more than 500 employees. Companies selected as finalists in a half-dozen categories will be featured in an upcoming issue of Business First.
