Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 22, on charges of burglary in the second-degree; criminal mischief in the third-degree, and petit larceny following investigation of incident on the 5500 block of Bridgeman Road. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail set a $1,000/$2,000 and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail.

•Nesbit Drive, property-damage accident-arrest. Patrol reported a male, 31, drove straight through a dead-end street, and struck a small tree and brush. Male charged with driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .16 of 1 percent. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured. Report filed.

•5900 block of Ward Road, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 54, who reported receiving a package without ordering it. Item paid for through U.S. Postal Service.
•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, assist. LPD assisted State Police with attempt to locate.
•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 31, listed as complainant/victim. Female, 20, listed as a suspect reportedly punched victim in face. Suspect arrested and charged with harassment in the second-degree; physical contact and criminal mischief fourth. Suspect released on her own recognizance with appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•NU campus, Seton Hall, overdose. Female, 18, taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co.
•5000 block of Forest Road, area check/check welfare/EMS response. Patrol reported three responses for a female, elderly, who was taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star. Arrangements made with family.
•800 block of The Circle Drive, alarm response. All secure; report filed.
•Locations on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road and on Townline and Ridge roads, separate two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from drivers; MV forms issued, no tows. Reports filed.

•I-190, reckless driver. Vehicle reported as a dark grey Lexus; plate number logged. Negative results on patrol's search.
•5900 block of Garlow Road, check welfare. Third party caller reported a possible suicide attempt. Patrol reported the house was vacant.
•Military and Saunders settlement roads, agency assist. LPD on scene with Town of Niagara Police Department for an accident, property damage. TNPD did report.
•3500 block of Lower Mountain Road, assist. LPD on scene with NCSO for one vehicle rollover. K-(track yielded negative results.
