The Town of Tonawanda Youth, Parks & Recreation Department is offering an American Red Cross lifeguarding course at the Town of Tonawanda Aquatic & Fitness Center Monday, Feb. 17, through Friday, Feb. 21(9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). The cost for the class is $180.
The course is open to individuals turning 15 years of age or older before the last class day, and residents outside of the Town of Tonawanda. Class curriculum includes lifeguard training, first aid, CPR/AED and oxygen administration training, all of which are required to become a certified lifeguard.
