Mount St. Mary's Foundation names officers for 2014

Alan Elia Jr. to serve as chairman

The Mount St. Mary's Foundation has announced its officers for the 2014. Serving as chairman is Alan R. Elia Jr., president/CEO of Sevenson Environmental Services; vice chairman is Christopher M. Leardini, senior vice president of operations at HealthNow New York Inc.; secretary is Tanya Miller, sales executive at Kay Jewelers; and treasurer is Joseph Ieraci, president of Aries Transportation. 

Lynn W. Catalano serves as executive director.

Other members of the board include: Jon DiBernardo, Water Street Landing proprietor; Erik Chretien, owner/president of R.E. Krug Corp.; G. Russell Conrad, CEO of Princeton Equity Partners; Kate Cumbo; Timothy Downs, Ph.D., vice president of academic affairs at Niagara University; Sister Grace Marie Dunn, D.C., vice president - mission integration at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center; Judith A. Maness, FACHE, president and CEO at Mount St. Mary's Hospital; Donald J. McLeod, vice president of sales and marketing at Washington Mills; Michael A. Mistriner, partner/architect at Cannon Design; James Montani, senior production engineer at Niacet Corp.; J. Scott Munro, vice president/portfolio manager at UBS Wealth Management; Pamela Priest; Michael J. Roemer, clerk of court, U.S. District Court, Western District of New York; Lt. Col. (Ret.) Patrick Roemer; Martin Shimmel, partner in The Partnership Ltd; Wendy Stuart, owner of Stuart Sports; Donald L. Thurman, retired; Allison Violante; and Jeffrey Williams, owner of Apartments of Niagara LLC.

Mount St. Mary's Foundation seeks to enhance the programs and services of Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center through charitable support. Currently, the foundation is focused on a more than $1 million initiative for the renovation and enhancement of surgery services.
