The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 13, to Sunday, Jan. 19, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 108 response calls during this period.

Monday, Jan. 13

•Devil's Hole State Park/Robert Moses Parkway northbound, attempt to locate. LPD on location to assist Niagara Falls Police Department on a stolen vehicle call. Pennsylvania registration listed on vehicle.

•University Drive, rollover accident. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police Department on a call near the New York Power Authority access road. Female extricated from vehicle before it caught fire. Woman taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment.

•400 block of River View Drive, Youngstown, burglary. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•South Seventh Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 41, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .13 of 1 percent. Suspect released on appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Addresses on the 5200 block of Chew Road and on the 2800 block of Niagara Street in Sanborn, check welfare. Calls handled by patrol.

Tuesday, Jan. 14

•Dana Drive, suspicious person. Handled by patrol.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, check welfare. LPD assisted Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS with a transport.

•Stacy Drive, suspicious persons. Subjects working on a house; vehicle plate number logged. All OK.

•900 block of Balmer Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a warrant execution.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, barking dog, two responses. Report filed.

•5100 block of Oak Hill Drive, trespass. Investigation to continue.

•Niagara University campus, larceny. LPD advised complainant to contact hometown bank regarding larceny as incident did not occur in Lewiston.

•4300 block of Williams Road, fraud. Statement taken from a male; investigation to continue.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, unauthorized use of motor vehicle complaint. Statement taken from a female, 62, regarding a female suspect, 26, who was subsequently placed under arrest on charges of UUMV, third, and aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Key returned to complainant on follow-up. Report filed.

•Pomeroy Avenue/John Street, Town of Niagara, suspicious person. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police.

Wednesday, Jan. 15

•Town of Niagara Town Park, vehicle/traffic stop. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police with a vehicle on park paths.

•1500 block of Ridge Road, suspicious vehicle at a business. Patrol reported vehicle unoccupied. Plate number logged.

•700 block of B Street, Dorwood Park, mental health response. LPD assisted NCSO on call.

•Town of Niagara Town Park, assist. LPD assisted TNPD with a suspicious vehicle that went into woods. Call unfounded.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; no injury. Report filed.

•700 block of Onondaga Street, assist/mental health response. LPD on location with Lewiston No. 1 on a call of smoke coming from an apartment. Female, elderly, removed; Crisis Services on location and subject taken voluntarily to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by Rural Metro. Report filed.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, property-damage accident. Parties to handle matter civilly.

•LPD office, civil report. Male reports purchasing an iPhone via E-bay, and then sending in two payments and not receiving the follow-up payment back. Report filed.

•Cayuga and South Ninth streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken; property damage only. Report filed.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny at a gas/convenience business. Male, 18, listed as complainant and male, 49, listed as person involved. Suspects, unknown, reportedly took money from cash registers while clerk was in bathroom. Investigation to continue.

•Walmore and Mount Hope roads, agency assist. LPD assisted NCSO with a stolen vehicle pursuit from Niagara Falls Boulevard. Vehicle recovered; NCSO to do report.

Thursday, Jan. 16

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 53, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Jail/bail of $250 assigned and driver remanded to Niagara County Jail. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•LPD office, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from female, 46, who reports receiving unwanted calls on her son's phone. Complainant handled by patrol.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Wheatfield Middle School, injured person. Male, juvenile, with head injury taken via MercyFlight to ECMC.

•800 block of Hillside Drive, check welfare. Male, elderly reported missing.

Friday, Jan. 17

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated person. Subject taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co.

•Military Road, three-vehicle accident. Statements taken from all drivers. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Female, juvenile, listed as victim, and female, juvenile, listed as suspect. Report filed.

•Mohawk Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 60, arrested for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, disobeying a stop sign and failure to keep right. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .29 of 1 percent. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Mayflower roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 28, listed. No further details.

•800 block of Center Street, suspicious male. Subject taken by patrol to a Hyde Park Boulevard location.

Saturday, Jan. 18

•4500 block of Washington Drive, check situation. Defective garage door at residence.

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, Male, 18, listed as driver. Second male, 18, listed as suspect. Patrol reported an unknown substance was seized and sent to a lab for testing.

•700 block of Mohawk Street, disturbing the peace. Underage party listed.

•Lewiston Road, assist. LPD on location with State Police for an intoxicated driver. Patrol transported subject to State Police Niagara substation.

•1700 block of Ridge Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; property damage only. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•Robert Moses Parkway, hit-run accident. Vehicle located on Blairville Road. NCSO handled arrest/report.

•400 block of Center Street, officer requested. Female, 51, listed as complainant and female, 67, listed.

•Locations on Lewiston Road and on Ridge Road, separate reports of two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from drivers; property damage only, MV forms issued. Reports filed.

•Mount St. Mary's EM-Star, assist. Patrol assisted staff with an unwanted person, 55.

•300 block of South Second Street, two responses, grand larceny and larceny complaints. Two females, both age 21, listed as complainant/victims and male, 22, as a suspect on both calls. Male arrested on charge of grand larceny, fourth-degree. No further details. Reports filed.

Sunday, Jan. 19

•800 block of Center Street, open container violation outside a bar. Male, 26, arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5500 block of Niagara Street, Sanborn, arraignment. Male, 22, arraigned by Town of Lewiston Court on larceny charges from an earlier incident on 300 block of South Second Street. Bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned.

•400 block of North Fourth Street, mental health response. Male, 30, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Locations on 300 block of Merrie Road, 5100 block of Townline Road and 5700 block of Lewiston Road, reports of one- and two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken; property damage, reports filed.

•School House and Ransomville roads, hunter complainant/trespassing. Handled by patrol.

•LPD office, harassment. Statement taken from a male, 55; incident occurred on the 4800 block of Eddy Drive West. Handled by patrol; report filed.
