Mount St. Mary's Hospital, has earned a re-accreditation in the area of echocardiography by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission.
The three-year re-accreditation means Mount St. Mary's has undergone a thorough review of its operational and technical components by a panel of national experts. The IAC accreditation is a "seal of approval" that patients can rely on as an indication the facility has been carefully critiqued on all aspects of its operations considered relevant by medical experts in the field of Echocardiography.
Dr. Benjamin Rueda is the head of cardiology at Mount St. Mary's. Dr. Zina Hajduczok is the echocardiography services medical director.
