The following activity occurred Monday, Dec. 2, to Sunday, Dec. 8, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 67 response calls during this period.

Monday, Dec. 2

•4700 block of Tuscarora Road, agency assist. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a check welfare call. All OK.

•1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, mental health response. Juvenile taken for treatment. Report filed.

•Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport, follow-up. Male, 17, placed under arrest from an earlier domestic/assault incident on the 2200 block of Upper Mountain Road. Arraignment at Town of Lockport Court; bail of $10,000 assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•400 block of Dutton Drive, check welfare. Caller requested patrol check for ex-husband around the house. Negative results reported.

•900 block of Hillside Drive, larceny. Male, 31, listed as complainant reported earrings missing during a certain timeframe. No report at this time.

•1000 block of Sweet Home Road, check welfare. All OK.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

•6900 block of Lockwood Lane, assist. LPD K-9 unit requested to assist NCSO on a track of male reported as going through vehicles in area. Evidence located while tracking. One male suspect detained in perimeter of vehicle area. Track continued for other possible evidence recovery.

•200 block of North Sixth Street, fire alarm/smoke in residence. No further details.

•Fifth and Onondaga streets, criminal mischief-arrest. Male, 47, listed on call. Male taken on a mental health response to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. No details on arrest.

•800 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief. Female, 18, listed as person involved; suspect unknown.

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief. Female, 39, and female, 20, listed as persons involved.

•Lewiston Road and Irving Drive, suspicious person. Patrol reported a white male walking in roadway trying to get back to Niagara Falls. Subject brought to town line.

Wednesday, Dec. 4

•5800 block of West Street, fire/EMS response. Unidentified party fell with lacerations on forearms and elbows.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, assist. Patrol on location with Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS for party difficulty breathing.

•700 block of Michelle Court, AED/EMS response. Female, elderly, located in a vehicle in driveway taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•700 block of Hillview Court, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a male, 62, concerning work being done at a residence by a realty company.

Thursday, Dec. 5

•Ridge and Model City roads, vehicle-traffic stop, DWI. Male, 30, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Patrol reported a Blood-alcohol content of .26 of 1 percent taken at roadside. Appearance tickets issued per Town of Lewiston Court. Report filed.

•5700 block of West Street, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 49, regarding a male suspect, no age listed. Investigation to continue; report to follow.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Patrol spoke with the clerk; subject in question left the premises.

•Garlow Road, New York Power Authority property, suspicious vehicle. Patrol contacted owner; vehicle removed.

•700 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Patrol checked with negative results.

•500 block of Irving Drive, suspicious vehicle. Patrol checked area for a gold Intrepid with negative results.

•1300 block of North Avenue, Niagara Falls, K-9 search. LPD assisted Niagara Falls Police Department.

Friday, Dec. 6

•400 block of Aberdeen Drive, disturbing peace. Dog left out on the front porch; all OK.

•4600 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter School District, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 54. Handled by patrol; report filed.

•400 block of Pletcher Road, larceny. Patrol spoke with a female; suspect unknown.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from two drivers with Ontario registrations; report filed.

•300 block of South Second Street, found property. Female, 71, and male, 22, listed on call.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment at a gas/convenience store. Handled by patrol.

•700 block of Center Street, alarm at a credit union. No key holder.

•Dansworth and Glengrove drives Youngstown, suspicious vehicle. LPD assisted Youngstown Police on location.

Saturday, Dec. 7

•Mohawk Street and Eddy Drive West, accident-intoxicated driver arrest. Female, 44, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood-alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .17 of 1 percent. Uniform traffic tickets issued to driver for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•400 block of Dutton Drive, unwanted party. Statement taken from a female, 50, regarding a male, 46, listed as person involved. Male showed up intoxicated at the residence while female was out and refused to leave. Male later left for the night. Female advised to consult family court.

Sunday, Dec. 8

•800 block of Center Street, open container violation. Male, 24, observed on two occasions standing outside a bar/restaurant with an open container. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•800 block of Center Street, public lewdness arrest. Male, 31, observed urinating in public outside a bar-restaurant. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious vehicle. House checked by patrol; vehicle gone on arrival.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported taking dispositions from several individuals, including a female, 18, listed as the driver, regarding underage drinking/Alcohol Beverage Control violations at a bar-restaurant on the 800 block of Center Street. Listed as persons involved were a female, 29; a female, 28; a female, 28; a female, 29; a female, 18; and two males, 28.

•800 block of Center Street, follow-up at bar-restaurant. Patrol's investigation to continue.

•500 block of Center Street, larceny. Two females, no ages, listed as victims. Complaint involved a ring removed from a display cabinet.
