Niagara Catholic explores Chinese culture, language and cooking

Niagara Catholic Jr./Sr. High School cordially invites interested adults to participate in an upcoming exploration of Chinese culture, language and cooking under the direction of its Chinese teacher, Lifeng (Linda) Li. A class meets at NC every Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8 p.m., from Jan. 8 through Feb. 12, 2014. The $10 fee covers the entire session.

Participants will experience Chinese culture, language, festivals, table etiquette and cuisine (including lessons on making authentic Chinese dishes and how to use chopsticks).
