The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 11, to Sunday, Nov. 17, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 74 response calls during this period.

Monday, Nov. 11

•1900 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Female, 18, listed as complainant and male, no age, listed as a suspect. No charges at this time. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•Mohawk Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, shooter complaint. Handled by patrol; all secure.

•600 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Female, 75, and male, 55, listed as persons involved. Report filed.

•1100 block of Ridge Road, personal property-damage accident. Statement taken from driver; report filed.

•2400 block of Ridge Road, stolen vehicle/larceny. Statement taken from a male, 51; suspect unknown. White Kawasaki ATV and two cords of firewood taken. Report filed.

Tuesday, Nov. 12

•Black Nose Spring Road, suspicious vehicle. White boat on side of the road found damaged with no vehicle identification number. Vehicle removed.

•700 block of Center Street, unwanted person. Male, no age, removed without a problem.

•900 block of Center Street, property-damage/criminal mischief. Female, 62, reported her vehicle was keyed. Report filed.

•4500 block of Model City Road, alarm response. Patrol spoke with homeowner; all secure.

•2300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, attempt to locate for Erie County Sheriff's Office. Subject in question not at residence; went home to Grand Island.

Wednesday, Nov. 13

•5700 block of Lewiston Road, check 911. Patrol spoke with New York Power Authority security. All secure.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief complaint. Caller reported finding tire marks in the grass; no suspects.

•400 block of Center Street, EMS response. Male, 60, passed out. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•800 block of Oneida Street, report of fire. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•Townline and Saunders Settlement roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 23, arrested on following: operation while registration or privilege is suspended/revoked; operating out of appropriate class; operate/permit to operate without financial security; uninspected motor vehicle; and unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance and uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Military Road, suspicious person. Call handled by State Police.

•4800 block of Meyers Hill Road, aggravated harassment. Caller reported a phone call about a scam. Patrol handled.

Thursday, Nov. 14

•400 block of Dutton Drive, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported negative results for a silver four-door sedan; vehicle GOA.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, warrant execution. Patrol reported a male, 38, turned himself in. Bail of $25 made at Lewiston Town Court.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, fraud. Complainant reported computer files were removed and a repair service was requesting $300 to fix problem.

•2000 block of Mount Hope Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 34, arrested for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in zone. Appearance and uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. No tow; report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious person. Female, elderly, reported an individual pounding on windows and doors. LPD K-9 unit conducted search; nothing found.

•Ridge and Dickersonville roads, reckless driver eastbound. Vehicle headed northbound on Burch Road. State Police continued chase with negative results.

•Upper Mountain and Garlow roads, reckless driver westbound. Call disregarded; vehicle turned into driveway.

Friday, Nov. 15

•Bond Lake Park, suspicious vehicle. All OK.

•LPD office, walk-in complaint, violation of a court order. Male, 63, listed as a victim and female, 52, listed as a suspect. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, vehicle/pedestrian accident. State Police on location.

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, criminal trespass complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 19, regarding an unknown male on the back patio. White male, approximately 20, reportedly fled area on a BMX bicycle, color green. Report filed.

•2300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, disturbance/argument in a parking lot. Subject left while patrol was en route.

•Lewiston-Porter School District, juvenile problem. Statement taken from a female; report filed.

•900 block of Balmer Road, agency assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a loud party complaint. Patrols spoke with a female parent; call handled.

Saturday, Nov. 16

•Mount Hope and Chew roads, injury accident. Female, 43, listed as the victim arrested for driving while intoxicated and breath test refusal. Suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check welfare. State Police handled.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, open door reported. Patrol spoke with the homeowner; all secure.

•University Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 21, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result. .12 of 1 percent. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency. Male, 53, listed as suspect. Patrol seized a $50 bill; property receipt issued. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, dog bite complaint. Handled by patrol.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, intoxicated driver. Male, 38, arrested for driving while intoxicated and having an open container in vehicle. Jail/bail of $250 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Vehicle with Texas registration secured with 12-hour hold placed. Report filed.

Sunday, Nov. 17

•Portage and Center streets, disturbing the peace in a parking area. Parties dispersed by patrol.

•3700 block of Lower River Road, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO on an unwanted party/criminal mischief complaint.

•800 block of Center Street, counterfeit currency complaint at a bar/restaurant. Handled by patrol; report filed.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, complaint of harassment, second. Female, 47, listed as complainant and female, 52, listed as a suspect. Report filed. On follow-up, female suspect arrested on said charge. Report filed.

•2400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, found property. Female, 62, listed as complainant. Report filed.

•700 block of Onondaga Street, check welfare of female, elderly. All OK; daughter on location.
