Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce takes part in 'Share The Bounty' wine tour

The Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce coordinated its first "Share the Bounty" wine tour in conjunction with the Niagara Wine Trail "Share the Bounty" event. Thirty chamber members boarded a chartered bus and visited Savory Sips, A Gust of Sun Winery, Niagara Landing, Honeymoon Trail Winery, Schultze Winery and Black Willow Winery.

Nonperishable food items were collected by chamber members with help from The Dory Trading Post in Youngstown, and were presented at the wineries for local food pantries. Tasting fees were donated to charitable organizations chosen by the wineries.

"The chamber has been looking forward to visiting our member wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail, and sharing the experience with our members. It was a fun day, and the chamber can't wait to organize the next wine tour!" said NRRCC President Jennifer Pauly.
