Niagara Falls Culinary Institute to hold open house Nov. 13

The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute will hold its annual fall open house Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 6-8pm at 28 Old Falls St., Niagara Falls. This is an opportunity for prospective students to tour the campus, which features state-of-the-art teaching kitchens, a student-run fine dining restaurant, a retail bakery and deli, and a Barnes & Noble culinary-themed bookstore.

In addition, there will be workshops on financial aid, information on student housing, and the opportunity to meet with Niagara Falls Culinary Institute faculty and students. Information will be available on the two-year degree and certificate programs offered at the NFCI, which includes baking and pastry arts, culinary arts, gaming and casino management, hospitality, restaurant management, tourism management and event planning and winery operations.
