The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 21, to Sunday, Oct. 27, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 74 response calls during this period.

Monday, Oct. 21

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 32, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third, and speed in zone. Appearance traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Morgan Drive, suspicious persons. Caller reported six males walking around the area selling Anderson windows. Patrol advised subjects on the need to obtain a permit.

•4000 block Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter School District, ATV problem. ATVs on school property; gone on arrival.

•4300 block of Dickersonville Road, unwanted party. Male, 23, and male, no age, both listed as persons involved.

•1900 block of Swann Road, property damage accident. Statement taken from the driver; vehicle secured. Report filed.

•North Ninth and Onondaga streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 48, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle towed. Report filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 22

•600 block of Raymond Drive, criminal mischief. Caller reported the house was egged. No suspects.

•Creek Road Extension, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 55, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree; heavy-duty vehicle emissions violation; speed in zone; and no TMT permit. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements from the drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•2100 block of Swann Road, domestic. Female, 61, listed as a complainant and male, 63, listed as a suspect.

•4500 block of Creek Road, suspicious vehicle at the golf course. Patrol sent on its way.

Wednesday, Oct. 23

•LPD office, walk-in harassment complaint. Handled by patrol.

•600 block of Scovell Drive, open door complaint. Patrol cleared the residence.

8700 block of Mountain View Drive, alarm response. Patrol spoke with key holder on location. All secure.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and health Center, larceny complaint. Male, 42, listed as a suspect. Patrol secured camera footage. Report filed.

•200 block of Upper Mountain Road, juvenile harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with both parties; investigation ongoing.

•Ridge Road, car-deer accident. Statement from driver; vehicle towed and deer tag issued. Report filed.

Thursday, Oct. 24

•100 block of Portage Road, bad check complaint at a liquor store business. Female, 40, listed as a suspect. Patrol investigating.

•4900 block of Indian Hill Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements from the drivers; report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, suspicious person. Male, 42, listed as a suspect who reportedly took a laptop earlier. Suspect returned to visit his girlfriend and was placed under arrest on charges of petit larceny and disorderly conduct when he attempted to flee the scene. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, assist citizen. Suspicious vehicle driving by.

•900 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Statements from owners of vehicles involved. Report filed.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, loud party. Patrol advised to turn it down.

Friday, Oct. 25

•Route 93 and Church Road, agency assist. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a vehicle/traffic stop.

•5300 block of Military Road, suspicious vehicle-arrest. Male 60, observed urinating in public. Male placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and public lewdness. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .14 of 1 percent of alcohol. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Niagara University, intoxicated person. Subject taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by NCSO.

•200 block of North Fifth Street, domestic. Male, 36, listed as complainant and male, 40, listed as a suspect. Call handled by patrol. Report filed.

•Creek Road, warrant execution. Suspect, unidentified, placed under arrest. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and bail of $2,500/$5,000 assigned.

•4000 block of West Park Drive, aggravated harassment. Complaint involved an out-of-state, unknown caller.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, fire alarm problems. Patrol reported problems at the high school and at Errick Road Elementary School involving students. Parents contacted to pick up.

•1700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious activity. Two males, both age 20, listed. Patrol reported all OK.

•3800 block of Ransomville Road, shooter complaint. Patrol searched area with negative results.

•2500 block of Braley Road, suspicious person. Patrol advised parties to leave the area.

•200 block of North Fifth Street, disturbing the peace. Patrol advised parties to turn down the music.

Saturday, Oct. 26

•700 block of The Circle Drive, downed wires. Statement taken from a male, 25, whose vehicle was damaged by wires. National Grid on location. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 24, arrested; charge(s) not specified. Plate number listed.

•400 block of River Walk Drive, missing person. Caller reported a 15-year-old male juvenile was dropped off at Red Brick School in Lewiston did not return for pickup. Subject entered into New York Statewide Police Information Network. Report filed.

•NU campus, fight at Dwyer Ice Arena. Call verbal only and handled by patrol.

Sunday, Oct. 27

•300 block of South Seventh Street, disturbing the peace. Party advised the parties to turn down the music.

•800 block of Center Street, public lewdness at a bar/restaurant. Female, 18, taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. due to a high level of intoxication.

•800 block of Center Street, arrest. Female, 21, arrested for criminal possession of merchandise, fifth, at a bar/restaurant. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and suspect released. Report filed.

•800 block The Circle Drive, suspicious person. Patrol searched area with negative results.

•1100 block of Elliot Drive, hit-run accident-DWI. Female, 46, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $500 assigned at suspected remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 26, arrested on charges of operating while the registration is suspended/revoked and aggravated unlicensed operation, first. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.
