Participants will learn about menu choices and food preparation techniques that were popular in England, France and America in the 18th century, and then prepare a period meal over an open fire. To conclude the program, participants will dine on the savory dishes they have prepared.
Cost is $30 per person or $20 for members of the Old Fort Niagara Association. The registration fee includes cost of all materials and food. To reserve a spot, call the fort at 716-745-7611.
