This year's final installment of "Carrousel Chat" the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum lecture series will be an inside look at the art and science of preserving historic documents.
Heidi Bamford, regional archivist for the Western New York Library Resources Council's Documentary Heritage Program, will discuss what individuals can do to better preserve their own family papers for future generations. The free program takes place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at the museum, 180 Thompson St., North Tonawanda.
