The Niagara Frontier Chapter, New York State Women Inc., will meet at Pane's Restaurant, 984 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, for a discussion on "Effects of Drunk Driving."
Guest speakers will be: Theodore A. Brenner, Niagara County assistant district attorney; Dennis Gleason, whose life was changed by a drunk driver; and Barbara Bush, a nurse whose father was a victim of a hit and run by a drunk driver.
