Hometown Pride USA and Tragic Hero Productions have teamed up to produce a new series. "Hometown Pride USA" is an Internet television series scheduled to premiere this fall.

An advance screening of "Hometown Pride: Youngstown, NY" will be in Youngstown on Sept. 28. The pilot episode of the documentary Web series will be hosted by Director of Marketing Sean Gilgore. It will feature a brief presentation and introduction, a viewing of the full episode, and a Q-and-A session with host and producer Jason Stickney, director Daniel James, and the production crew.

The series explores small villages and towns throughout the U.S. that share the common aspects of history, hospitality and tourism. Each episode will feature interviews with business owners and historians, and showcase the village as a place to visit and live. The pilot episode will focus on Youngstown, a village famous for Fort Niagara, located 12 miles north of Niagara Falls.

The world premiere of the pilot will take place at the Old Red Brick Schoolhouse located at 240 Lockport Road in Youngstown. Tickets will be available at Anchor Wine and Spirits, The Dory Trading Co. and at the door.

The screening will be at 6. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with food for purchase from Bandanas Bar and Grill. Proceeds from food purchases will benefit Fort Niagara.
