Benefit honors Jayden Tresp

Butterfly Kisses Childcare in Amherst is holding a benefit to honor the memory of Jayden Tresp, a preschooler enrolled at the center who was killed in a car accident on Aug. 30. Jayden's loss is felt deeply by everyone at the center, and the benefit is being held to honor his memory and support his family.

The benefit will be held Sunday, Sept. 29, from 2-6 p.m. at the Town of Tonawanda Police Club, located at 25 Roswell Ave., Tonawanda. Tickets are $25 per person and include beer, pop and food. The event will include a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction. Proceeds from the event will go to assist the family with funeral expenses and for a memorial at the center.

Tickets may be purchased through Butterfly Kisses Childcare, either by phone at 716-688-8266 or at the center at 596 N. French Road, Amherst. Baskets, raffle items and other donations may also be brought to the center by Wednesday, Sept. 25.
