WBBZ-TV presents 'BUZZCON' at Eastern Hills Mall

If you like comic books, want to meet local sports legends, browse through rare sports memorabilia, and meet a zombie or two getting ready to appear on WBBZ-TV's "Off Beat Cinema," then mark your calendars for a special event co-sponsored by WBBZ-TV.

"Buzzcon" is coming to the Eastern Hills Mall Friday, Sept. 13, from 5-9 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 14, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. This is the first "Buzzcon" event sponsored by the station to be held at the mall.

Special guests include former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Andre Reed (appearing 7-9 p.m. Friday); NFL Hall of Famer and former Buffalo Bill Joe DeLamielleure (Saturday, from noon until 2 p.m.); former Buffalo Bills quarterback Joe Ferguson (Saturday, noon until 2 p.m.); and former pro wrestler Dick the "Destroyer" Beyer (Saturday at 11 a.m.).

Bring your cameras, special items to be signed, and get ready to get "Buzzed" by the BUZZCON experience.

The event is free to attend. The Eastern Hills Mall is located at 4545 Transit Road, near Main, in Clarence. The WBBZ-TV studio is located near Macy's.
