Job fair at Seneca Casinos to take place Wednesday, Sept. 11

As construction upgrades continue at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel in Niagara Falls and at Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in Buffalo, so too does the demand for new members to join the winning teams at both locations. Seneca Gaming Corp. will host a job fair on Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Seneca Niagara Events Center at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel, with 100 positions available throughout the two Seneca Casino properties in Erie and Niagara counties.

Full-time and part-time positions will be available across a variety of departments. About one-half, or approximately 50, of the available positions are for table games dealers at the new Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino. Seneca Gaming Corp. offers new dealers eight weeks of company-sponsored blackjack dealer training classes to earn certification. The positions combine gaming skill with customer service and are considered some of the most unique and exciting roles in the casino industry. Table games at the Buffalo casino include: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack Switch, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker Mississippi Stud Poker, Texas Hold 'Em Bonus and Spanish 21.

Additional positions available, based primarily at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel, include: culinary chefs; restaurant and beverage servers; housekeeping and public area attendants; audiovisual support for production services; security officers; and HVAC technicians. Most opportunities offer immediate hiring.
