The following activity occurred Monday, Aug. 5, to Sunday, Aug. 11, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 100 response calls during this period.

Monday, Aug. 5

•Robert Moses Parkway, north, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrests of three males, two ages 17, one age 16, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4500 block of Porter Center Road, check situation. Patrol spoke with a female; investigation continuing.

•1500 block of Ridge Road, larceny complaint. Patrol spoke with a female; call cleared.

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, domestic. Male listed as complainant; female listed as a person involved and a male as a suspect. No further details.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a male regarding an ongoing issue with a male neighbor. Patrol to follow-up.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, vehicle fire. Vehicle towed.

•Center and Fifth streets, intoxicated driver. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 57, for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .13 of 1 percent. Driver released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Location not specified, follow-up. Patrol spoke with a female, 26, regarding an earlier larceny complaint on the 1500 block of Ridge Road. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a female, 48, regarding damage to a vehicle - a broken front window and damaged front door. Report filed.

•5800 block of Walmore Road, check 911/domestic. Female, 40, and male, 19, listed on call. Report filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, MVA fatal. Female driver, 96, involved. LPD assisted State Police on location.

•Ninth and Center streets, intoxicated driver. Male, 58, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and driver remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

•Ridge Road and Cayuga Drive, intoxicated driver. Male, 38, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .14 of 1 percent. Driver released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, return property. Patrol reported recovered guns were turned over to State Police.

•900 block of Center Street, harassment. Female complainant reported a male followed her to her vehicle in a supermarket parking lot and made comments about her legs. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, recovered property. Patrol reported .38 rounds of ammo found behind a shed.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle check. Driver struck a mailbox while pulling over. Medical issue reported. Information exchanged.

•500 block of Oxbow Lane, juvenile custody problem. Three males, ages 39, 43 and 40, along with a male juvenile, 15, listed on call. Handled by patrol.

Thursday, Aug. 8

•700 block of Scovell Drive, larceny. Statements taken from a female, 59, and a male, 58. Missing jewelry reported. Report filed.

•Locations on the 400 block of Harper Drive and on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, separate two vehicle accidents. Statements taken from the drivers; reports filed.

•400 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Female, 51, reported the front door and signs damaged. Report filed.

•800 block of The Circle Drive, larceny/motor vehicle. Patrol added property taken to existing report.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, aggravated harassment. Male, 30, and female, 26, listed as persons involved. All OK.

•Upper Mountain and Bronson roads, check welfare. Patrol searched area with negative results.

Friday, Aug. 9

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, two-car property-damage accident. Vehicles with New Jersey and Ontario registrations involved. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek road, suspicious person. Patrol spoke with a male, 43; all OK.

•Lower Niagara River, boat in distress. Party interviewed; all OK.

•2000 block of Ridge Road, property damage accident-arrest. Male, 35, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Route 93 and Burch Road, check welfare. Black male reported lying in roadway. LPD assisted NCSO; all OK.

Saturday, Aug. 10

•Lower River Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 19, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle secured. Report filed.

•5000 block of Tuscarora Road, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a physical domestic.

•5300 block of Townline Road, suspicious person. LPD assisted NCSO on call. All OK.

•5700 block of Griffin Street, criminal mischief. Juveniles messing with mailboxes; no damage reported.

•4300 block of Autumn Lane, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a female, 49. All OK; report filed.

•800 block of Jefferson's Way, landlord-tenant dispute. Call handled by State Police; all OK.

•500 block of Irving Drive, neighbor problem. Complainant thought a neighbor was bothering a dog.

•Center and Sixth streets, missing person. Patrol reported an elderly female was located.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Male, 36, listed as complainant; male, 26, listed as person involved and male, 28, listed as a suspect. Investigation to continue.

•Academy Park, public lewdness arrest. Male, 47, placed under arrest for urinating in public next to the stage at a concert. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Sunday, Aug. 11

•5300 block of Chew Road, check welfare. Female, 55, listed as complainant; female, elderly, listed as person involved and female, 32, listed as suspect. Suspect placed under arrest for endangering the welfare of a child. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•700 block of center Street, alarm/trespass. Suspects unknown. Owner did not wish to press charges.

•5900 block of Kline Road, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken; report filed.

•4600 block of Eddy Drive East, burglary. Statements taken from two females. Numerous articles of jewelry reported taken. Report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up/arrest. Patrol on follow-up to an earlier larceny on the 2600 block of Upper Mountain Road, announced the arrest of a male, 28, on a charge of petit larceny. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
