The following activity occurred Monday, June 17, to Sunday, June 23, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 112 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 17

•400 block of Morgan Drive, burglary. Patrol reported the call as a follow-up to a previous incident. Investigation to continue.

•500 block of Meadowbrook Drive, suspicious person. Handled by patrol.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 76; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•Ridge and Model City roads, vehicle check. Male driver, 17, arrested for operating while registration is suspended revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

•5000 block of Dana Drive, harassment. Two males, ages 15 and 17, listed. No report.

•4200 block of Natalie Court, ATM problem. Resolved by patrol.

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 33, arrested for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250 assigned and driver remanded to Niagara County Jail.

•LPD office, accident follow-up. Patrol followed up on possible hit-and-run accident. Information taken for further follow-up.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, neighbor problem. Neighbors being too noisy.

•900 block of Oneida Street, suspicious vehicle. Driver practicing for road test.

Tuesday, June 18

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, reckless driver. Negative results on patrol's check for a gold-colored vehicle.

•Water Street, Youngstown, suspicious persons. Three young males watching the sun rise. Niagara County Sheriff's Office on location.

•Locations on Townline Road and on Upper Mountain Road, separate vehicle/traffic stops. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; drivers and violations not reported.

•4400 block of Porter Center Road, domestic. Female, 20, listed as victim and male, 20, listed as a suspect.

•Upper Mountain Road, suspicious person. Party advised subject not to ride on the hood of a vehicle.

•Fourth and Center streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 23, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No further details; report filed.

•400 block of Dutton Drive, domestic. Female, 50, listed as complainant and male, 46, listed as suspect. Domestic call verbal only.

•100 block of South Water Street, harassment complaint at a private club. Male, 27, listed as complainant/victim and male, 36, listed as suspect and placed under arrest. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, disturbing the peace complaint at a bar-restaurant. Handled by patrol.

•100 block of Portage Road, citizen assist. Call involved a lost party; handled by patrol.

•South First and Tuscarora Street, Alcohol Beverage Control violation. Male, 22, and female, 40, issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court on open container violations. Report filed.

Wednesday, June 19

•New York Power Authority, assist. LPD on location with New York State Parks Police on a K-9 search of a male in the upper intake areas of the Robert Moses Power Project. Vehicle plate number logged; report filed.

•600 block of B St., Cayuga Village. Patrol on follow-up to a trespassing complaint; no contact made at this time.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter Middle School, check 911. Patrol reported a 911 call by a male juvenile; subject advised not to call unless necessary.

•Dickersonville Road, reckless driver. Patrol located driver; all OK.

•Indian Hill Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; driver No. 2 taken to Erie County Medical Center. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Male on a bike following complainant. Patrol unable to locate.

•Locations on Fourth and Tuscarora streets (two responses), the 700 block of Cayuga Street, South Seventh and Tuscarora streets, the 900 block of Center Street, Portage and Seneca streets, and Ridge and North Fifth streets, open container violations/arrests. Patrol reported the arrest of the following: a male, 18; two suspects unidentified; a male, 25; a male, 41; a male, 27; a male, 32; a male, 23; a male, 35; a female, 36; a male, 29; and a male, 23; and a male, 20. Appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court issued to all suspects. Reports filed.

•Fifth and Center streets, three-vehicle accident. Statements taken from all drivers; no injuries, one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•South Sixth and Center streets, larceny. Male, 16, placed under arrest for stealing a police parking sign. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•Upper Mountain Road at I-190 ramp, two vehicle hit-and-run accident. Statement taken from driver No. 2; driver No. 1 left scene. Vehicle towed; report filed.

Thursday, June 20

•Cayuga and South Seventh streets, juvenile problem. Juveniles loitering ran from patrol.

•Lewiston sand docks, found property. Female, 23, listed on call; found wallet turned over to harbormaster.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 18. Report filed.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, assist. Patrol on location with Child Protective Services; to follow-up.

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, follow-up to larceny. Female, 18, listed as a suspect.

•900 block of Center Street, animal problem. Handled by patrol.

•500 block of Chew Road, accident, property damage. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, larceny/criminal mischief. Female, elderly, listed as victim. Report filed.

•4900 block of Creek Road, animal problem. Handled by patrol.

•Portage Road, hit-and-run. Building struck; documented by patrol.

Friday, June 21

•2800 block of Ridge Road, neighbor problem. All OK.

•900 block of James Drive, alarm response. All secure; homeowner on location. Report filed.

•400 block of South Fourth St., Artpark, harassment. Patrol advised complainant to contact State Parks Police.

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check welfare. Male and female, both listed as elderly. All OK.

Saturday, June 22

•Oxbow Lane, two-vehicle accident. Statement taken from one driver; other vehicle was parked. Report filed.

•Ridge Road, reckless driver. Plate number logged; all OK.

•400 block of Mohawk Street, domestic. Male listed as complainant and female listed as suspect. Domestic incident report filed.

•Ridge Road, reckless driver. Maroon vehicle all over the road. Patrol unable to locate.

•Onondaga and South Eighth streets, vehicle/traffic stop arrest. Female, 17, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Suspect released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, open burn complaint. Patrol resolved issue.

•300 block of Howard Drive, report of gunshots and yelling. Patrol located a house party; all OK.

Sunday, June 23

•5100 block of Military Road, accident-injury. Male driver taken to ECMC; vehicle secured.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, stolen property. Female, 23, reported recovered property taken from an address on the 1100 block of Elliott Drive. Patrol to follow-up.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, fight. Female listed as complainant and male as suspect (no ages). Male arrested and charged with strangulation, second degree; assault, third degree; and endangering the welfare of a child. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $3,500/$5,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•Center and Niagara streets, DWI arrest. Male, 63, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No further information.

•800 block of Elliott Drive, harassment. Statement taken from a female complainant. Male suspect, 51, arrested and charged with harassment, second degree; and trespassing. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, ATV problem. Patrol issued parents of offenders uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) for Lewiston Town Court.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, recovered property. Caller reports a white truck with male driver left a pellet gun in the bushes. Patrol recovered and spoke with the owner. All secure.

•5000 block of Woodland Drive, suspicious person. White female and black male soliciting in area. Patrol unable to locate. Parties were warned on numerous times on earlier dates not to solicit without a permit in the Town of Lewiston.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person a drug store. Patrol reported a white male, 22, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, as homeless. Subject stated he would be in the area a short while.

•5800 block of West Street, check welfare. Intoxicated male arguing.

•100 block of South Water Street, suspicious person. Bar/restaurant employees reported a black male, 5 feet, 8 inches, 210 pounds, was taking photos of access and key locks in area. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.
