The Golden Age Center Travel Club continues to plan more day trips.

On Monday, July 15, there is a trip planned to visit Valvo's Candy Factory, participate in a cookie taste contest at Petrie's Baking Product, enjoy lunch at the elegant White House Inn and do a little wine tasting at Merrit Estate Winery. All this and more included for $90.

On Aug. 12, the day will begin with juice and a muffin on the way to Columbiana, Ohio, for a Tootie Fruitie Brown Bag Tour and a fun-filled day in the area. There will be a visit to shop at the Das Dutch Cupboard Shop, a bulk store, as well as other stops to shop for seasonal fruits, and old-fashion baked goods. Lunch is included at the Spread Eagle Tavern, then enjoy a refreshing milkshake as you visit the Steel Trolley Diner. There is also a stop at the Stone's Spring Vineyard to shop for wines, cheese and other goodies. All this and more is included for $102.

Another trip is planned for September to enjoy a buffet lunch at the Greg Frewin Theatre in Niagara Falls, Ont., followed by a Beyond Belief Magic Show. The magic show is a Las Vegas- style review, which also includes appearance by rare and majestic tigers. A trip to the Fallsview Casino is also on the agenda. Proof of citizenship is required. This is all included for $95.

If anyone is interested in any of these trips or other information about the Travel Club, they should contact the Golden Age Center, 3278 Whitehaven Road, at 716-773-9682.
