The following activity occurred Monday, June 3, to Sunday, June 9, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 105 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 3

•5000 block of Walmore Road, assist EMS. Male, 33, had a seizure. Upper Mountain and Lewiston No. 2 volunteer fire companies on location.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, alarm response at a bank branch. All secure; call avoidable.

•5200 block of Chew Road, follow-up. Male, 19, arrested on criminal mischief charges stemming from an earlier incident at Bond Lake Park. No further details.

•4000 block of Creek Road, bad check complaint. Female listed as complainant and another female listed as suspect. Investigation to continue.

•500 block of Morgan Drive, juvenile problem. Handled by patrol.

•5900 block of Kline Road, citizen assist. Vehicle towed per earlier order by Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Rightful owner did not know where vehicle was. Patrol advised.

•5300 block of Military Road, property damage accident. Statements taken from drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•LPD office, warrant execution. Male 31, placed under arrest; charge(s) unspecified. Bail of $250 assigned and posted at Lewiston Town Court. Patrol cleared.

•2400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, found property. Homeowner found a syringe in the driveway. Patrol disposed of properly.

•4000 block of Ransomville Road, unwanted person. Subject left prior to patrol's arrival.

•Mohawk Street, attempt to locate. Six occupants in a vehicle throwing objects out of a window. Subjects advised by patrol to stop.

•4500 block of Williams Street, general assist. Female, 57, listed as complainant. Caller reported five grandchildren in the residence in her care and the children's mother in another house, intoxicated. Patrol attempted to visit the mother who reportedly left for work. Child Protective Services contacted. Report filed.

Tuesday, June 4

•Center and North Sixth streets, criminal mischief. Male, 57, reported lights damaged at a church.

•Locations on Cayuga Street, the 300 block of South Eighth Street; Cayuga and South Eighth streets; Tuscarora and South Fourth streets; Seneca and South Fifth streets; Seneca and South Fifth streets; and Seneca Street and Portage Road; reports of open container (Alcohol Beverage Control) violations/arrests. Patrol charged the following: a female, 44; a female, 38; a male, 54; a female, 29; a male, 53; a male, 54; two females (ages not listed); one male (no age listed); a male, 31; a male, 33; a male, 20; and two males, both 21. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•Cayuga and South Sixth streets, arrest. Male, 45, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Evidence secured. Report filed.

•Seneca and South Sixth Street, arrest. Male (no age listed) arrested for open container violation and an Alcohol Beverage Control violation covering, "Unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage with the intent to consume by persons under the age ..." No further details.

•Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 40, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

•300 block of South Third Street, neighbor problem. No further details.

•Seventh and Cayuga streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 23, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured; report filed.

Wednesday, June 5

•Model City and Ridge roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 23, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Jail/bail of $350/$500 assigned. Rightful owner drove the vehicle home.

•5800 block of West Street, check welfare. LPD assisted NCSO on the call.

•500 block of Pletcher Road, accident. Vehicle struck a mailbox. Statements taken from the driver and property owner. Vehicle secured.

•Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, suspicious person. Patrol located male in question at Reservoir State Park, Old Military Road. All OK.

•Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, fire alarm response. Students smoking in bathroom; Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•800 block of The Circle Drive, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 26. Two males, ages 34 and 35 listed.

•4900 block of Ridgeview Avenue, missing person. Female, 17, listed, reportedly last seen two weeks ago. New York Statewide Police Information Network contacted.

•Addresses on the 2700 block of Saunders Settlement Road and on the 400 block of Dutton Drive, alarm responses. Homeowners on location, both calls OK.

•500 block of Greenfield Road, harassment. Male, 17, listed as a victim and male, 59, listed as person involved. Investigation to continue.

•Orchard Drive, suspicious vehicle, arrests. Male, 27, and female, 29, arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both suspects released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Thursday, June 6

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, juvenile problem. High school seniors attempting a senior prank. Subjects sent home and high school administration notified.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency. Male, 43, listed as complainant. Evidence logged; report filed.

•2400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, animal problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 67; SPCA on location. Animal secured.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, suspicious person, two calls. First call involved a male in a white Volkswagen serving papers; gone on arrival. Second call, patrol located the male; all OK.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Male, 40 and female, 39, listed as persons involved. Suspect GOA. Patrol filing charges for harassment and criminal mischief. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•Swann and Porter Center roads, reckless driver. GOA.

Friday, June 7

•5300 block of Military Road, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO to assist with an overdose that occurred on the 3600 block of Lower River Road. NCSO to file report.

•2500 block of Lower River Road, attempt to locate. Patrol reported a possible mental health response involving a male. Tri-Community ambulance transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Vehicle secured.

•8400 block of Donna Drive, 911 hang-up. LPD on location with Town of Niagara police; all OK.

•Devils Hole State Park, suspicious vehicle. LPD on location with State Parks Police. Call involved a warrant execution out of Lockport; female transported by Parks Police. Vehicle towed.

Saturday, June 8

•400 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter campus, vehicle/traffic stop-criminal mischief. Vehicle was seen destroying property on the Lewiston-Porter campus. Male, 19, placed under arrest and issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court.

•Mohawk Street at Scovell Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Two males, ages 24 and 23, placed under arrest. Charges include aggravated unlicensed operation, third, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Swann Road, criminal mischief. Broken rear window reported; suspect unknown.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, shooter complaint. Patrol spoke with a female; no further details.

•Center Street, warrant execution-follow-up. Female, 45, arrested for issuing a bad check and on a NCSO warrant. Cash bail of $500 posted and suspect released. Report filed.

•400 block of North Fifth Street, domestic. LPD on location with NCSO.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's recovered property. Patrol reported marijuana found in a party's clothes. Property secured.

Sunday, June 9

•800 block of Mohawk Street, disturbing the peace. Patrol reported a loud music complaint. Party turned music down; all OK.

•1700 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic. Female, 52 stated her brother hit her the night before. Female reported as still intoxicated and was advised by patrol to report the incident when she is sober at LPD office.

•4900 block of Creek Road, recovered property. Caller reported finding needles in the driveway. Secured by patrol.

•Saunders Settlement Road, westbound, possible intoxicated driver. GOA.

•Reservoir State Park, suspicious person. Subject dug plants up. GOA.

•5900 block of Miller Road, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 50.

•400 block of North Fifth Street, domestic reported by a third party caller. Male and female involved both refused patrol's assistance.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, domestic. Two males, ages 55 and 15, listed as persons involved. Report filed.

•North Eighth Street and Chicora Road, animal problem. Caller reported a white husky wandering. Town Dog Control Officer notified.
