Library fundraiser at Bandana's

The Friends of the Youngstown Free Library group invites the community to support its next fundraiser on Monday, June 3, at Bandana's Bar and Grill, 930 Lake Road, Youngstown. The restaurant is giving 15 percent of the sales of lunches and dinners eaten in the dining room and patio that day to the Friends to benefit the library.

"We hope our supporters in the community will invite their friends and head to Bandana's on Monday for some good food for a good cause," said Charlotte Clark, Friends president. "We are grateful to Bandana's for its generous kickback as a fundraiser for the library."

The Friends of the Youngstown Free Library has a membership of about 300 and is run by a board of directors. It meets every third Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Youngstown Free Library.
