Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has been selected to receive a grant award of up to $100,000 over two years through the Doctors Across New York Physician Practice Support Program.

Funded through the New York State Department of Health, Doctors Across New York was enacted in 2008 to help train and place physicians in medically underserved areas, particularly rural and inner-city communities, to care for New York's diverse population.

Niagara Falls Memorial's award will provide funding to support Amarpreet Grewal Bath, M.D.

Grewal Bath joined Memorial's medical staff in 2012 and practices full time at the Niagara Falls Memorial Primary Care Center. She also serves as medical director of the Niagara Health Home - a new program designed to improve patient outcomes and control Medicaid costs.

Grewal Bath is accepting new patients. Call 716-278-4499 to schedule a new patient appointment.
